The outdated furnishings and uncomfortable spring beds in the deluxe rooms were an issue, resulting in back pain for both myself and my family. the staff seemed poorly trained, leading to unhelpful service. Although the breakfast spread was decent, the overall experience was marred by noise and hygiene concerns, prompting me to seek better options for future stays.

The hotel is pretty new. It's seems a better choice than Lalitha Mahal, which is not only much pricier, but also remotely located. Rooms spacious, clean, and well equipped.
The reception staff is pretty slow with both checking in and checking out. While there are some other dining options available in the hotel (2 restaurants and a bar), the rooftop restaurant is not open yet (Oct 2011), .

My stay was fantastic, with great value for the money spent. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was attentive, and the location was very convenient.
The breakfast selection could use a few more international options.

The hotel's grandeur is striking, creating a lovely ambiance, but the shoddy check-in process and room issues, such as a jammed bathroom lock and missing toiletries, were disappointing. the restaurant staff excelled, and the buffet was excellent. The location is convenient for exploring nearby landmarks like Mysore Palace and the zoo, making it enjoyable for family bonding. while it had potential, the issues detracted from what could have been a more serene stay.

The hotel is beautifully built and maintained. The rooms come with fantastic interiors and the general areas like to lobby, restaurant are also notably very exquisitely designed. The staff service and attitude was better that I have experienced in many 5 star properties. The breakfast had a wide spread and the staff were very cooperative and friendly. I would give the hotel full marks for the service and quality of the finish provided in the rooms.

The staff was extremely couteous and friendly. Room had a very nice view of the surrounding countryside, although it was quite near the city.
We had a dinner in the "Oriental" restaurant one night while there was a birhday party right next to the dinning room, in a private room. The party, including screaming disc jockey was extremely loud which totally detracted from the ambiamce of the room and the pleasure of dining there. The good news is that the food and service were very good.

Spent my Christmas here and the staff were super friendly, which really made the holiday special! The location is perfect for checking out nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a ton of options. The swimming pool was a nice escape, too-great for relaxing after a long day of exploring!
The experience wasn’t all jingle bells. We had some frustrating delays at check-in, taking way too long to get our room sorted. Plus, the kids' play area was in rough shape; broken toys and a fish aquarium nearby made it a bit chaotic. Management didn’t seem to care about our complaints either. it could use some serious improvements!

Awesome interiors Quality service right from reservation till check out View of the garden Excellent Restaurant Specific NonSmoking availability
Shower cabin's water overflow from the small gap below the door, flooding the bathroom Evident display of tip request by the main door man Complimentary fruit basket had to be ordered on the days of my stay, rather than being brought in routinely. A/C panel in the room was quirky!! Toilet exhaust didn't seem to operate efficiently The extra bed in our room didn't help me sleep throughout the night, as it contained something organic (insects, bed lice) or inorganic (allergens). Gave me an irate sleep. Next morning returned the bed. It would be helpful to display the total reservation amount along with the "applicable taxes" on Booked.net on confirmation. Most of us get robbed by the hotel while checking out with a list of taxes unheard of before. It shirks all the enjoyment we had whilst our stay in the hotel.

The room’s layout provided ample space to relax, and being on the 3rd floor added a nice touch, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated the effective database features, which allowed me to easily access amenities and information about the hotel.
I was a bit disappointed that, despite calling the day before to request twin beds, the setup was not arranged upon my arrival. This minor hiccup did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The simplicity yet opulence of the hotel as well one of the most friendly staff.
The gym did not have a remote for Ac and hence I had to exercise in extremely warm conditions. Further if there is double occupancy two sets of keys should be given to the guest as the lifts also require the room key.
